This past Sunday, March 5th, GMCLA honored the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors for their civic service, support of the LGBTQIA community, and their ongoing support of the Chorus and our community events at a private event at the home of Board Chair Greg Weaver and Board Member Haig Youredjian.
In celebration of our upcoming concert and Women's History Month, GMCLA presented Voice Awards to the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors for breaking new ground in their commitment to the county as the first all-female Board of Supervisors.
In attendance were Supervisors Kathryn Barger, Lindsey P. Horvath, and Janice Hahn.
GMCLA’s acapella ensemble AFTERSHOCK gave a preview of our upcoming concert, I’m With Her.
