Please plan extra time for the journey as traffic on a Friday evening will be heavy!

Disney Hall parking instructions can be found HERE.

Gala Check-In BEGINS AT 5:45 PM

From the main lobby of Disney Hall, exit the glass doors and go past the Disney Hall Box Office. You will see a vehicle on display, courtesy of our presenting sponsor, Hyundai! Feel free to stop and take a picture before you head up the stairs to the gala registration.

AT CHECK IN YOU WILL RECEIVE A WRIST BAND for the reception AND YOUR TICKETS for the Concert. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU AND YOUR GUESTS ARRIVE BY 7PM as AFTER that time YOUR TICKETS WILL BE TRANSFERERD TO THE BOX OFFCE WILL CALL WINDOW.

Evening TimeLine

5:45pm Gala Check-in Begins (Concert Hall Lobby)

6pm Cocktail Reception & Silent Auction (BP Hall)

7:15pm Reception/Auction Ends

7:30pm Concert BEGINS (Concert Hall)

9pm Post-Concert Dinner (BP Hall). There will be tributes and special performances by saxophonist legend Dave Koz and the incredible Juan Pablo Di Pace!

Silent Auction

As a part of the cocktail reception, there will be items on display for the silent auction. Items include: trips to the Caribbean, a stay at the Langham Hotel Pasadena, a trip to Maui, an in-home wine tasting class, theatre tickets, and a VERY SPECIAL African Safari. Get your bidding in as soon as you arrive as the silent auction will end at 7:15pm sharp!
